Some programmers are briljant in coding but less in writing good documentation and tutorials. Only a few are good in both. But their input is very important when documenting a product.

That's why we allways work closely together with the original developers. We write documentation which is clear for the group of users which is gonna to use it. So a document for hosters will be more technical than for normal sitehosters. However each document has to be as simple and accurate as possible.
